The examination was carried out at the Niigata Sake Brewers Association on April 3, 4rd year of Reiwa, and was ranked first among the 6 exhibition items and 120 exhibition venues (62 venues in the prefecture and 55 venues in 5 prefectures outside the prefecture). Ofuku Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. was awarded the Prefectural Governor's Award.
