◎The number of participants will be limited on both days, and the number of participants will be changed twice a day for three hours.
1st Session (Morning) 10:00-13:00, Tasting starts at 10:30
2nd (afternoon session) 14:30-17:30, Tasting starts at 15:00

2025. Overview of the "Niigata Sake Tasting Business Meeting" for industry professionals
On the day before "Niigata Sake no Jin", we will be holding a business meeting for industry players (wholesalers, retailers, and restaurants).
Date & Time: Friday, March 7, 2025, 14:30-17:00
Venue: Snow Hall, 2F, Conference Tower, Toki Messe
(This is a separate venue from the Sake-no-jin.)
Target ： Industry professionals (wholesalers, retailers, restaurants)
(General visitors are not allowed to enter.)
How to apply: Advance registration is required to participate in the business meeting.
