On April 5, 4 (Wednesday), the awards ceremony for the 26 Echigo-ryu Sake Brewing Technology Championship was held at the Kashiwazaki City Industrial Culture Hall.
In this year's competition, 120 works were exhibited in 61 exhibitions (53 in the prefecture, 6 in 8 prefectures outside the prefecture), and the top 1 breweries were awarded, including the prefectural governor's award for first place.

Objective: At the Niigata Sake Brewers Association and the Niigata Sake Brewing Technology Study Group, with the aim of improving the technology of high-class sake brewing.
We bring in our own brewed Ginjoshu from each brewery and hold a competition every year to compete for the quality of the sake.
