Features Our company was established as a third sector in 1998 with the mission of regional revitalization with the aim of disseminating information on Yokawacho and increasing the added value of agricultural products.Yoshikawa is a production center for Koshihikari, which boasts a quality comparable to that of Uonuma, and sake rice, which boasts the highest production in Niigata prefecture.Yoshikawa is also "Toji's hometown".Sake brewing has been carried out in Yoshikawa since the 4th year of Genroku (1691), and since then there have been sake stores in 27 villages in the current Yoshikawa town area throughout the early modern period.Currently, there are more than a hundred brewing engineers, and it is the birthplace of Toji, the Gokujo in Niigata prefecture.
