We are a small sake brewery (SAKE, sake for export) that was newly acquired in XNUMX and founded on the banks of a lagoon surrounded by nature. With the motto of “exciting, diverse tastes”, we are also working on sake brewing using naturally cultivated rice, kuromoji and tomatoes while valuing “sustainability”. |
