We are a small sake brewery (SAKE, sake for export), newly licensed to produce sake in XNUMX and established on the banks of a lagoon rich in nature. Under the motto of "Exciting and diverse tastes," the brewery is also working on sake brewing using naturally grown rice, black locust, and tomatoes, while also placing importance on sustainability. |
